TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.
#4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: The freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. - Items in stock shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation within 48 hours, which normally would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship any order, via USPS Priority Mail or any other carrier. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) Cancellations: Subject to WPS Enterprises, Inc. acceptance and terms, this will indemnify WPS Enterprises, Inc. against any loss.
#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to www.exoticwaterwallsandfishtanks.com.
#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing within 10 days from date of purchase.
#9.) Returns: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be called in to www.exoticwaterwallsandfishtanks.com within 10 days of RMA No. issued. There will be a 20% restocking fee added.
#10.) Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a return of merchandise authorization number (RMA) by emailing us at info@exoticwaterwallsandfishtanks.com, or phone 702-982-8513. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -14 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. Return address information will be provided upon your return request. |
